Ищу опытного ручного тестировщика на Кипре (Офис) или в любой другой стране на удаленный формат работы.
Команда: Разработчики и тестировщики, подключение на этапе обсуждения требований и задач.
О проекте: Свежий проект по автоматизации, активно развивающиеся тестовые инструменты, изменяющаяся логика на бэкенде. Продукт уже в продакшене.

Чем предстоит заниматься:
Ручное тестирование веб- и/или мобильных приложений
Составление тест-кейсов, чек-листов, баг-репортов
Верификация багов, ретест после фиксов
Взаимодействие с разработчиками и продуктовой командой
Участие в планировании тестирования и улучшении QA-процессов

Какие навыки нужны:
Опыт в QA от 2 лет (веб или мобильные проекты)
Умение грамотно описывать баги (Jira, YouTrack)
Опыт написания тест-кейсов, чек-листов
Знание SDLC, bug life cycle
Владение Postman, DevTools, Charles / Fiddler
Базовые знания SQL и/или API (REST)
Внимательность, системное мышление, ориентация на качество

Будет плюсом:
Опыт тестирования FE, BE, DB, логов, метрик
Опыт в мобильной и веб-разработке

Hi! We are seeking a Senior Payroll Accountant to manage payroll in multiple jurisdictions
Full-time
Salary: 6000-7000 euro gross + bonuses

Our company specializes in software development within the information technology sector, particularly for the fintech industry. Founded in 2015 as a small startup, we have since grown into an international company with our headquarters in Amsterdam and additional offices in Singapore and Limassol. Our technical team consists of highly skilled developers, engineers, machine learning programmers, and analysts who work in small project groups. This flexible management approach fosters collaboration among teams, enabling us to discover effective and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management: Accurately calculate salaries across multiple jurisdictions (Cyprus, Netherlands, Singapore) while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Tax & Compliance: Prepare payroll-related tax reports, calculate deductions/allowances, and meet deadlines.
Accounting: Process payroll documentation, record transactions in accounting systems, and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Support: Address payroll inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear explanations on deductions, bonuses, etc.
Performance Metrics: Calculate KPIs for semi-annual bonuses and collaborate with teams to validate performance data.
Policy & Audits: Update payroll policies per legislative changes and assist audits with documentation.
Systems Integration: Implement and maintain payroll databases (e.g., Hero, Bamboo) and ensure seamless data flows.
Global Coordination: Manage relationships with international payroll providers and support unified database implementation.
Legislative Monitoring: Track labor/tax law changes and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
Team Training: Educate staff on updated systems/procedures and provide ongoing support.


Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in multinational companies (the experience working with either the Netherlands or Cyprus is a significant advantage)
Proven experience with payroll systems and software (e.g., PremierPayroll, Hero, Bamboo, or equivalent).
Hands-on experience managing payroll in multiple jurisdictions is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of payroll accounting principles and tax regulations.
Familiarity with international labor and tax laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
