StellarTech is looking for Graphic Designer.

Graphic Designer will support the Monetisation design team by creating visual assets for marketing funnels. The role is primarily focused on graphic production and working with existing concepts rather than on independent ownership of design strategy.

The designer will work closely with the PMM team and a senior designer, producing high-quality visual materials within the existing design system. This role is well suited for a junior designer who is looking to grow and gain experience working on monetisation and growth-related tasks.

What You'll Do:

Create graphic assets for monetisation funnels, including paywall screens, upsell elements, and promotional banners
Create and adapt vector illustrations and UI graphics within the existing visual style
Design banners and visual assets for email marketing campaigns
Prepare screenshots and visual assets for the App Store and Google Play, including updates and localisations
Adapt existing creatives to different formats, sizes, and A/B test variations
Maintain visual consistency and high quality across all monetisation-related materials
Work closely with the senior designer and the PMM team
Maintain well-organised source files and follow internal naming and handoff guidelines
Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels

KPI, 3 months:

Successful onboarding and understanding of the monetisation design team workflows
Ability to independently handle standard graphic production tasks for monetisation funnels under the guidance of a PMM
Consistent adherence to the design system, brand guidelines, and visual quality standards
Timely delivery and updates of email banners, store screenshots, and promotional materials
Proper organisation of source files and compliance with internal naming and handoff guidelines
Ability to receive feedback and apply revisions efficiently without compromising quality or deadlines

Lead Team: Guide VPs of product in executing the vision, ensuring they effectively lead their teams in strategy implementation and product development
Inspire Marketing: Use market, customer, and product data to set consumer metrics and KPIs, guiding the marketing team for continuous product improvement
Build Bridges: Hire the right talent, nurture future leaders, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver top-quality products
Ensure Product Excellence: Beyond developing new features and products, the CPO will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across all our products. This includes ensuring everything runs smoothly, with no errors, and that all products remain in top working order. They will collaborate closely with the content department to achieve this
Requirements:

Experience in Gambling/Betting niche as a Chief Product Officer for 2 years or more
Extensive experience in product management, preferably in a senior leadership role
Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of key casino metrics including bonus systems, and industry trends (GGR, NGR, RTP, RR, C2R/R2D, LVT, Bonus Cost/Rate)
Deep understanding of the gambling industry, particularly in online casinos
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products
Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting abilities
Proficiency in creating and implementing product strategies and roadmaps
Ability to analyze market, customer, and product data to inform decisions
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Innovative and forward-thinking mindset
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Tier 1 markets -  is a plus
MBA or advanced degree - is a plus
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with native or fluent proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
