**🔥Senior Payment Operations Manager
Full-time | Remote | Senior Level | iGaming | Focus: Indian market 🇮🇳**

Your Responsibilities:
•Oversee integrations with new payment providers
•Monitor key performance metrics and ensure payment flow stability
•Analyze data, detect issues, and troubleshoot in collaboration with internal teams and providers
•Optimize transaction routing via backoffice tools
•Reconcile data from different sources (provider dashboards, internal systems)
•Monitor balances, statuses, and ensure smooth operations
•Escalate payment-related issues between providers and internal teams
•Build and improve internal operational processes

What We’re Looking For:
•English level B2+ (you’re comfortable communicating daily)
•2+ years in a similar role within iGaming or a related vertical
•Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
•Solid understanding of online payment metrics & transaction statuses
•Experience working with provider backoffices & routing payments
•Proactive mindset, great communicator, detail-oriented
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure

Nice to Have:
•Experience managing a team
•Familiarity with the Indian payments landscape
•Skills in Postman and basic technical troubleshooting

What you’ll do:
✨ Handle emails, live chat & social media messages
🔍 Solve issues or escalate them with care
🛠️ Work with CRMs & keep customer records neat
🎯 Spot opportunities to offer promos or upsells
🤝 Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, and other teams
💬 Manage feedback & turn it into insights
📢 Engage with players on socials, professionally
📚 Stay up to date with products, promos & policies

What we need:
✔️ English — B1+ (written & spoken)
✔️ 1+ year in CS (iGaming experience = big plus!)
✔️ Empathy, attention to detail, and a cool head
✔️ Basic knowledge of RG principles 🎲
✔️ Ability to work in 12h shifts (2 days + 2 nights / 4 days off)
