**Customer Support Representative
Full-time | Remote | 4/4 Shifts 💬**

We’re looking for a friendly & reliable CS pro to join our growing team in iGaming! If you love helping people, know how to handle chats like a champ, and stay cool even during night shifts — let’s chat 😊

What you’ll do:
✨ Handle emails, live chat & social media messages
🔍 Solve issues or escalate them with care
🛠️ Work with CRMs & keep customer records neat
🎯 Spot opportunities to offer promos or upsells
🤝 Collaborate with Risk, Fraud, and other teams
💬 Manage feedback & turn it into insights
📢 Engage with players on socials, professionally
📚 Stay up to date with products, promos & policies

What we need:
✔️ English — B1+ (written & spoken)
✔️ 1+ year in CS (iGaming experience = big plus!)
✔️ Empathy, attention to detail, and a cool head
✔️ Basic knowledge of RG principles 🎲
✔️ Ability to work in 12h shifts (2 days + 2 nights / 4 days off)
