📌Position: HR Generalist

Now we are looking for a HR Generalist!

📍Responsibilities:
• Close vacancies (together with one more Recruiter in the team) and organize HR processes.
• Maintain records of employee leave and implement an employee evaluation system.
• Support recruitment processes and interact with various departments.
• Participate in the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Work with candidates at all stages of recruitment.

📍Requirements:
• Experience in full-cycle HR or recruitment, preferably at a junior or mid-level.
• Proficiency in Russian and English.
• Must have a spousal visa (for work in Cyprus) or be willing to work as a contractor remotely.
• Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative.
