📌 Position: Finance Manager
📌 Location: Limassol, Cyprus
📌 Employment Type: Full-time

We are Headshot Recruitment Agency, and our client is a leading agency specializing in influencer marketing, focusing on enhancing brand visibility within the gaming and entertainment sectors, including online casinos. Our mission is to drive operational efficiency and growth for our clients.

✍🏼 Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payments and financial transactions.
• Oversee financial flows and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Draft contracts and manage financial documents for various projects.
• Handle legal and compliance issues related to financial operations.
• Collaborate with external partners, including banking institutions and service providers.
• Maintain all accounting records and reports using Xero, including detailed P&L and cash flow statements.
• Manage payments to influencers, clients, and employees, including salaries and bonuses.

✍🏼 Requirements:
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in small startups or agencies.
• Proficiency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be currently located in Cyprus.
