📌 Responsibilities:
• Manage and process payments and financial transactions.
• Oversee financial flows and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Draft contracts and manage financial documents for various projects.
• Handle legal and compliance issues related to financial operations.
• Collaborate with external partners, including banking institutions and service providers.
• Maintain all accounting records and reports using Xero, including detailed P&L and cash flow statements.
• Manage payments to influencers, clients, and employees, including salaries and bonuses.

📌 Requirements:
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in small startups or agencies.
• Proficiency in Russian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Must be currently located in Cyprus.

💶 ЗП: 2000-2500 евро

💻 Команда: 1 Team Lead и 4 SEO специалиста, каждый из которых специализируется на своей области (on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Link-building)

📌 Основные задачи:
• Составление и внедрение ссылочной стратегии;
• Построение и поддержание ПБН сети;
• Ведение Outreah и Crowd процессов (Коммуникация и контроль работы подрядчиков)

📌 Требования:
• 2+ года практического опыта в SEO, с сильным акцентом на линкбилдинг
• Знание инструментов, таких как GSC, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Majestic и Web.Archive
• Глубокое понимание различных типов ссылок (Outreach, Crowd) и их влияния на поисковые позиции
• Опыт работы с сервисами поиска доменов и приобретения просроченных доменов
• Опыт работы с хостингом, VPS, HTML, CSS и WordPress
• Способность создавать и поддерживать сайты с нуля или восстанавливать их из веб-архивов
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must.
