🌍We’re global multi-asset broker that has been shaping the industry since its founding in 2012. As a result of expanding our team and experiencing product growth, we are actively seeking a qualified Product Lead.

📍Responsibilities:

* Collaborating with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to identify significant growth opportunities;
* Manage a team of product managers;
* Drive the product roadmap, making strategic decisions about feature prioritization based on customer feedback and business objectives;
* Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.

📍Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience working in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to launch;
* Proven management experience in leading a team of product managers;
* Deep understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to constant tracking and improvement;
* Excellent communication skills, including an upper-intermediate level of English;
* Strategic thinking with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for building innovative products.
