📍 Requirements:

- You're a seasoned pro with 5+ years in a Head of Product or Product Team Lead role, and 7 years in product management overall;
- You thrive on building and motivating high-performing teams;
- With a strategic mindset and hands-on capabilities, you're always two steps ahead of the game.
- Experience in B2C products (Fintech industry);
- High level of proficiency in analyzing and interpreting metrics;
- Stakeholder management, negotiation, interpersonal skills;
- Fluent or at least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
