🆕 KoronaPay team is developing a new generation fintech product — a web and mobile application for a money transfer system. Our goal is to create convenient and affordable financial services that bring people closer together.

We are looking for a strong information security specialist to lead this area of our business in the role of Chief Information Security Officer. We prefer to hire someone who is now a senior manager and wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy for the company, including policies, procedures and controls to protect our systems and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect the Company's data, systems and network infrastructure.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to address any identified vulnerabilities.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in cyber security and information security best practice, and ensure that our security measures comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Work with other departments, including IT, Legal and Compliance, to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents and breaches, leading the response and recovery efforts to minimize the impact on the business and our customers.

Qualifications:
• Fluent Russian and English languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 5 years of information security experience with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices and technologies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security, such as PCI DSS and GDPR.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term security plans that align with the organization’s business objectives.
• Certification will be an advantage.
