Мы создаем продукт нового поколения – веб- и мобильное приложение для системы денежных переводов, которая интенсивно развивается и выходит на новые рынки.
Задачи:
Внедрение систем мониторинга ключевых процессов (включая постановку задач, контроль исполнения, подготовку планов тестирования и документации);
Постоянный аудит и оптимизация текущих процессов;
Выполнение большого количества монотонной, но всегда необходимой и ответственной деятельности;
Взаимодействие с внутренними заказчиками;
Сбор, анализ и формализация требований;
Настройка обслуживания и эксплуатации (обучение клиентов и команды поддержки, мониторинг конфигурации, передача документации и т. д.).
**С тебя:
**Опыт работы менеджером проектов в IT от 2 лет;
Базовые технические знания, необходимые для коммуникации с командой разработки;
Аналитическое мышление и навыки приоритезации;
Ориентация на детали, высокая организованность и многозадачность.

**Обязанности:
**Формирование видения и стратегии продукта, управление roadmap;
Управление беклогом продукта: приоритезация, описание, формирование гипотез по улучшению;
Оценка метрик и контроль их изменения;
Взаимодействие со стейкхолдерами, сбор и анализ требований;
Описание требований в виде UseCase, UML-диаграммы;
Участие в проектировании архитектуры продукта;
Координация процесса разработки, приёмки и внедрения нового функционала;
Работа с UI/UX и проектированием пользовательского опыта;
Работа с документацией.
Требования:
Умение формулировать цели, задачи, метрики продукта;
Способность приоритизировать цели и декомпозировать их на задачи;
Аналитические, коммуникативные и организаторские навыки;
Знание принципов Agile, фреймворков Scrum и Kanban;
Опыт принятия решений на основе данных, опыт работы с системами аналитики;
Опыт формирования и описания бизнес-требований продукта.

С вас:

▪️Знание тактик привлечения и удержания клиентов, каналов и инструментов digital-маркетинга, а также способность определять и использовать рыночные тенденции и возможности.
▪️Сильные письменные и устные коммуникативные навыки, способность эффективно представлять идеи, стратегии и результаты как техническим командам, так и бизнесу.
▪️Опыт работы с инструментами автоматизации маркетинга, CRM-системами, аналитическими платформами и другими соответствующими инструментами для оптимизации процессов привлечения потенциальных клиентов.
▪️Отличное знание английского языка (B2+).
