Office Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time, On-site
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will also support the relocation of international employees and assist the CEO with daily tasks. You will play a key part in keeping the office running smoothly, helping new team members settle in, and ensuring leadership has the support they need.

Key Responsibilities**
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming workplace.
Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related matters.
Assist international employees with relocation logistics (documentation, onboarding support).
Cooperate with third parties such as legal and immigration representatives.
Provide direct support to the CEO by handling assigned tasks and requests.
Prepare and manage business correspondence, documentation, and scheduling.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the company.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager, HR/Relocation Specialist, or Personal Assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication in Russian and English.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
