🆕 KoronaPay team is developing a new generation fintech product — a web and mobile application for a money transfer system. Our goal is to create convenient and affordable financial services that bring people closer together.

We are looking for a Senior Information Security Specialist to join our team. A key initial task for our new colleague will be to review policies and security standards for compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act, make necessary changes and implement them into current business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive information security strategy for the company, including policies, procedures and controls to protect our systems and data from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Oversee the implementation of security measures to protect the Company's data, systems and network infrastructure.
• Identify potential weaknesses and areas for improvement through regular risk assessments and security audits.
• Advise management on potential risks within information systems and technological needs to safeguard business goals and strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for security incidents and breaches, leading the response and recovery efforts to minimize the impact on the business and our customers.

Qualifications:.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• At least 4 years of information security experience with a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of information security principles, practices and technologies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to information security, such as PCI DSS and GDPR.
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term security plans that align with the organization’s business objectives.
• Certification will be an advantage.
