☘️Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor HR Operations Team (HR generalists and specialist in Payroll & Benefits);
High-quality HR services: ensure all HR processes are documented, implemented, and executed, aiming to deliver a high-quality experience for employees and stakeholders;
Payroll: supervise payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely data processing and reporting;
Change management: proactively identify opportunities for improvements and lead/oversee initiatives to:

1.minimize manual work, optimize and automate HR operations;
2.create and refine HR guidelines and employee playbooks;
3.ensure employees are well-informed on HR policies and services, and etc.

HR compliance: stay updated of HR regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws across various locations;
HR Advising: monitor and analyze HR metrics and business environment trends to inform business and HR decision-making;
Stakeholders and Vendors Management: build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and others) and manage external HR vendors;
Team Culture: champion a culture of collaboration, continuous growth and high performance within the team, encouraging innovation and excellence in every aspect of HR operations.


🌱Requirements:
•5+ years of experience as an HR Operations professional (experience in IT industry is a plus);
•2+ years experience as a Team Lead;
•Proficiency in implementing and utilizing various Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
•Excellent organization and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail;
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a hi-performance environment;
•Independent judgment, critical thinking in addition to interpretation of established programs and policies;
•Strong interpersonal skills with a positive approach to building and maintaining relationships.
