We are looking for HR Operations.👇🏻


☘️Responsibilities:
•Administrate the full employee life cycle including onboarding, employment, performance management, compensation, off-boarding. Process people requests and queries;
•Develop, issue and explain HR guidelines and processes to employees while maintaining an open channel for feedback and questions;
•Continuously assess and enhance HR processes through automation and procedural redesign;
•Constant maintenance and update of the HRIS system. Identify, promote and implement technical automation ideas, helping to build up a user friendly experience for employees;
•Lead the design, development, validation, and maintenance of HR dashboards, analytic tools
•Management of third party HR vendors (outsourcing companies, auditors etc.);

🌱Requirements:
•5+ years of experience as an HR operations professional, HR generalist (or similar role in HR);
•Proficiency in English and Russian;
•Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations specific to Cyprus;
•Proficiency with various HRIS platforms;
•Skilled in HR data analytics and automation;
•Strong organizational and analytical skills.
