Position: **HR Business Partner
Experience:** 4-6 years
Company: Mayflower - the main product: high-load live-streaming platform. We are proud of our core and supporting products like our own payment system, AR/VR, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision expertise.
Work format: full-time, relocation to Cyprus, Limassol.


✨Key Responsibilities:

•Participating in HR strategy development and implementation;
•Creating strong partnership with business (team leaders, project managers and tech leads);
•Coaching and advising Team Leaders and employees on talent and performance management;
•Continuously support enhancing employee engagement, promoting corporate culture and ways of working;
•Facilitating the resolution of employee relation issues that arise within the teams;
•Conducting analytics and reporting in people area.

✨Qualifications

•HR Metrics and analysis methods;
•Onboarding: stages, tools, methods;
•GSuite, HRIS (HiBob as a plus), Slack;
•C&B basics: grading, motivation, experience with salary reviews;
•Knowledge of systems and platforms for corporate communications;
•Managing employee engagement and turnover.
