📌Responsibilities:

1.Content Creation:
- Develop and manage content plans (creation, maintenance, adjustment, check).
- Write texts (narratives, interviews) and lead the full cycle of material creation (from finding authors, and assisting in formulating topics to release and post-production, managing their tasks and deadlines).

2.Content Delivery:
- Manage the company’s social media (LinkedIn) and support career platforms (career site, hh.ru, Huntflow, Glassdoor).
- Publish articles by our employees on Habr and Medium.

3.Promotion of Materials:
- Implement social media promotion strategies.
- Work with 3rd party communities and placement of materials there (advertising, barter, partnership).
- Check metrics across platforms (subscribers, views, reactions, comments, engagement).

👩‍💻Requirements:
- Experience in editing or content management, preferably in the IT sphere.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- English language proficiency at the B2-C1 level.
- Understanding of current trends in social media and experience working with them.
- Knowledge of SEO basics and analytical skills.
- Ability to present complex technical topics in a simple and understandable language.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Understanding and ability to navigate the IT audience.
