A large trading platform for retail brokers is looking for a person for the position of Head of Dealing. Our client develops an international online trading platform. Every day, 218K unique users from over 100 countries visit their platform. The project they are developing uses many different tools and features. The development tasks are shared between cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage business-critical real-time trading systems in order to identify issues and problem areas.
- Ensure the smooth running of the firm’s trading and execution systems using in-house proprietary software applications and tools.
- Carrying out trade surveillance and monitoring for transactions.
- Constant interaction with development, quant research, and operations technology teams.

Вакансия: Lead of media buyer (iGaming)
Формат работы: Удаленно
Обязанности:
- Построение команды в вертикали Gambling с нуля;
- Управление командой: найм, обучение, мотивация и развитие членов команды, включая распределение и постановку задач, контроль их выполнения, установку KPI;
- Выстраивание всех процессов работы;
- Поиск профитных связок для масштабирования командой;
- Контроль создания креативов и постановки ТЗ дизайнерам;
- Аналитика и оптимизация покупаемого трафика;
- Отчетность как финансовая так и результативная;
- Глубокий анализ ГЕО / Tier для залива.
Требования:
- Опыт руководства медиабаинговой командой от 3х лет;
- Опыт работы с бюджетами от 300к$+ (спенд команды);
- Опыт работы с прямыми рекламодателями и закупки трафика с локальной лицензией;
- Успешный опыт работы с несколькими источниками: FB, PPC или in-app в вертикали Gambling;
- Глубокое понимание устройства технической части (трекеры, постбеки, атрибуцияи т.п.);
- Лидерские качества, организаторские способности;
- Умение работать на результат и нести за него ответственность;
- Умение самостоятельно искать и тестировать связки.
Будет плюсом:
- Наличие рабочих связок, которую сразу можно будет применить в работе;
- Опыт работы с мобильным трафиком: Unity, Bigo, IronSource
- Будет преимуществом опыт работы с гео Tier1 Европа, но не является ограничивающим фактором.
