📌Что мы хотим видеть от тебя:

🔹осуществлять юридическое сопровождение процесса по получению офшорных игорных лицензий или торговые марки;
🔹осуществлять юридическое сопровождение компаний после получения лицензий;
🔹регистрировать юридические лица, взаимодействовать с банками, открывать счета в банках и в платёжных системах, а также отвечать на запросы банков и платежных решений;
🔹разрабатывать документы (договоры, дополнительные соглашения и т.д.) - разработка новых форм/шаблонов, проверка корректности составления, внесение правок/изменений, в том числе и на английском языке;
🔹работать с жалобами (подготавливать ответы на жалобы, апеллировать их);
🔹готовность подавать новые лицензии для оперирования в различных юрисдикциях (организация компаний и регистрация торговых марок).
