About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Engineer. You will work in corporate research division that focuses on advanced technology development for applications across all our product lines including Automotive, Lifestyle (consumer), and Professional. The Python Engineer will work closely with data scientists who develop products to improve lives of millions of people. This position will be located in Yerevan, where the successful candidate will have access to world class tools and facilities.

Your Team

This position has no direct reports.

What You Will Do

•Collaborating with data scientists, AI Engineers and Research Engineers to improve processes and procedures for machine learning training and validation.
•Build infrastructure, framework, platform and tools that power our Machine Learning research including automated data collection, analysis and validation.
•Collaborate with other teams/groups in the organization. Close collaborations with DevOps and Data collection teams

What You Need

•Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science and/or SW Engineering
•5+ years of relevant experience
•Experience writing code in Python in a commercial or research setting.
•Experience using NumPy, SciPy and similar compute frameworks
•Experience working with cloud providers (AWS or GCP preferred).
•Experience working with large datasets, ideally containing images and videos.
•Experience working in a hybrid environment (on-premise, cloud).
•Knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, inter-process communications and synchronization mechanisms
•Performance optimization is a big plus
•Knowledge of algorithms, data structures
•Experience in software development using C/C++, JS, Bash is a plus
•Experience with CI tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to interpret and articulate analytical results

What is Nice to Have

•Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
•Familiarity with various testing tools
•Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Distributed Computing
•Experience with practical data science or statistical analysis.

**This is a role to support the Group CFO as follows:

• Organize the accounting of the portfolio projects of the company;

- Managed the community: hosted community AMAs, set up the Praise system for the DAO, and delved into customer surveys and the analytics that follow, which gave our backlog priorities a good shakeup.
- Managed cross-functional teams: collaborated with diverse teams (developers, DevOps, marketing, QA, and the community team) maintaining transparency and efficiency.
- Done financial planning: created multiple revenue calculators, orchestrated an entire financial plan (revenue streams to burnrate/runway/etc), managed HR finances, and created a custom development and partnerships pricing list.
- Roadmapping: done feature tech and financial mockups and a product roadmap while being always sharp and transparent.

- Trading bots: conception, development, backtesting, and deployment (cloud-based and local).
- Trading frameworks: customized frameworks tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Consulting: provided coaching sessions on bot creation and the nitty-gritty of exchange backends to both teams and individual traders.
- Development: worked on some projects firsthand (as an ex-web_fullstack_dev) to stay up-to-date.
- Managed sales: managed sales and partnership relations, done market researches, issue negotiations
- Team building: recruited and mentored a synergic team of 8 developers, and developed an onboarding solution comprised of guides and lessons authored by me.

Что входит в задачи:

- Размещение сотен, а через пару месяцев тысяч объявлений на hh в месяц на постоянной основе.
- Во всех случаях используем один аккаунт на hh, не выдумываем несуществующих условий работодателя и тд.
- Рассматриваем для действия только Москву, так как город крупный. И, естественно, везде время и день публикации одинаковый.
- Цель по Москве: 30 объявлений по 2 на каждый склад Москвы. Необходимо собрать по ним на каждое 500-1000 откликов.

Требования:

- Образование Среднее/Высшее.
- Знание алгоритмов поисковой выдачи сайта hh, ограничения на публикацию похожих объявлений в одном городе и варианты их обхода, не теряя трафик.
- Знание зависимостей ключей в теле объявления и их количества от его индексации и тд.
- Владение компьютером (MS Office, Google dоcs)
- Требуется узкоспециализированная часть навыков человека знакомого с hh.
- Знание тонкостей и запретов размещения вакансий на hh.
