**Chief Accountant to Dubai-based company (private equity fund, full-time employment on site)

**This is a role to support the Group CFO as follows:

• Organize the accounting of the portfolio projects of the company;
• Draw up and supervise the implementation of accounting and tax policies;
• Perform the standardization of accounting methods and procedures;
• Supervise the accounting procedures/payments etc. for portfolio projects on a daily basis;
• Prepare accounting reports (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement etc.);
• Control the financial and tax reports preparations and submission to state authorities and stakeholders;
• Maintain contacts with the relevant authorities (auditors, tax authorities, banks etc.);
• Organize and supervise payment transactions, monthly payroll calculations.

Requirements:

• BA degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years of experience as an accountant, experience in accounting/taxation in different countries is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting
• Fluent Russian and English, both verbal and written

**Head of Finance в development компанию (full-time employment in Dubai )

Reports to**: CEO
**Responsibilities:
**• Participating in the preparation of a business strategy and annual business plans;
• Leading the budget cycles: annual budget, forecasts, controlling;
• Leading financial analysis and financial reporting;
• Implementing accounting methodology and procedures;
• Preparing and verifying the accuracy of the company’s financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, etc.);
• Undertaking a prompt delivery of financial reports to relevant authorities (regulators, tax authorities, auditors, shareholders, etc.);
• Preparing corporate tax calculations and ensuring prompt payment of balances and proper compliance with the requirements of the tax authorities;
• Leading treasury operations including the calculation and management of liquidity risk, the calculation and management of FX risk as well as the monitoring of the adequacy of financial collateral for specific arrangements;
• Developing and leading well-structured controls’ system over the company's expenses within the approved budget;
• Supporting and advising other divisions on financial and budget issues;
• Optimizing business processes and reducing costs;
• Maintaining the relationship with existing and potential investors.
**Requirements:
**• Higher education in Finance/Economics;
• Experience in finance and controlling with an international company preferably in real estate (10 years+);
• International experience in finance, preferably in the UAE, Cyprus, European Union (Portugal etc.)
• Professional certificates (ACCA, CPA, CFA, or similar) would be a plus;
• Fluency in English and Russian;
• Proven leadership abilities.

• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant, experience in accounting/taxation in different countries is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting
