**Chief Accountant to Dubai-based company (private equity fund, full-time employment on site)

**This is a role to support the Group CFO as follows:

• Organize the accounting of the portfolio projects of the company;
• Draw up and supervise the implementation of accounting and tax policies;
• Perform the standardization of accounting methods and procedures;
• Supervise the accounting procedures/payments etc. for portfolio projects on a daily basis;
• Prepare accounting reports (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement etc.);
• Control the financial and tax reports preparations and submission to state authorities and stakeholders;
• Maintain contacts with the relevant authorities (auditors, tax authorities, banks etc.);
• Organize and supervise payment transactions, monthly payroll calculations.

Requirements:

• BA degree in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years of experience as an accountant, experience in accounting/taxation in different countries is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting
• Fluent Russian and English, both verbal and written
