Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manage recruitment cycle;
Major markets: Europe (Cyprus), Asia
Typical roles: Business Development, Sales, Customer Support
- Leverage technologies (i.e. BambooHR ATS) and bring new solutions (i.e. assessments)
- Manage Employer Branding activities, create content and oversee online presence together with SMM
- Deliver bespoke candidate and onboarding experience, measure and infuse improvements
2. Talent Development:
- Deliver development approaches
- Administrate LMS and logistics of offline and online learning experiences
- Monitor and implement new solutions
- Manage the community of internal trainers;
- Create and deliver trainings
3. Culture and Employee Engagement for Cyprus team:
- Own calendar of cultural activities for our Cyprus team of 65 people (including parties, wellbeing events, external speakers, employee special days etc)
- Manage internal communication on team level (email, slack, team meetings, etc)

- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Development or Employee Engagement in international team
- Fluent English

**Навыки работы с k8s и helm (умение дебажить проблемный сервис, умение конфигурировать и обновлять чарты, написание чартов самостоятельно)
Умение пользоваться Git;
Настройка мониторинга Prometheus, Grafana, AlertManager, PagerDuty( выводить алерты в разные каналы, тегать нужную команду, редактировать и улучшать текущие алерты и добавлять новые, участвовать в дежурствах в PagerDuty)
Понимание как работает CI\CD в gitlab, добавлять для новых сервисов возможность сборки деплоя и чинить текущие проблемы.
Желательно уметь работать с логами EFK стек.


**✅Чем предстоит заниматься:


**Первостепенная задача поддержка системы мониторинга, навести порядок с алертами и принимать участие в дежурствах в PagerDuty.
В дальнейшем осваивать весь текущий стек, обучаться и принимать участие в его развитии и поддержке.
В течении дня реакция на поступающие запросы от команд разработки в slack примеры:
-Не работает деплой
-Добавить сборку и деплой для нового сервиса
-Проблемы с раннерами
-Создать новый redis, rabbitmq, ec2, node-pool etc…
