**PLAYFINA team is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join and help develop the brand. We need a person with successful experience in a similar position and a relevant product (gambling/betting).
**Requirements:
**- 2 years’ CMO experience in a relevant brand;
- Experience with both online casinos and on-site betting;
- Experience with Tier 1 countries;
- Knowledge of English at Upper Intermediate level (ideally Advanced);
- Work in an office in Cyprus.
**Objectives:
**- Development of marketing strategies and their implementation;
- Marketing budget control;
- Development and implementation of brand bonus program;
- Development of various promos, from idea to full implementation on the website;
- Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and bonuses;
- Setting up workflows in subordinate departments;
- Retention, working with customer.io and other services to set up e-mail newsletters, push notifications, SMS and others;
- Control over the SMM department work;
- Work with retargeting to improve brand retention;
- Communication with providers to coordinate various joint promos and get discounts from them;
- Controlling the relevance of games on the brand’s website;
- Work with brand reputation, feedback and complaints from players on various resources;
- Work on promotion and recognition of the brand’s partner program;
- Profile conferences, preparation of the stand, merchandise and all materials for various conferences;
- Work with the design department;
- Work with content department and translators;
- Work with the development department to implement various functionalities for marketing;
- Communicating and working with other department heads within the company.
