🎮 DatsTeam – группа компаний, в которой мы разрабатываем собственные продукты с 2012 года: рекламные и игровые платформы, мобильные приложения, платёжные решения. Наш кластер продуктовой разработки насчитывает более 300 разработчиков распределённых команд в разных городах и странах.
🔮 Сейчас мы в поиске Blockchain Architect, который поможет нам с нуля спроектировать ядро международного криптобанка.
✅ Задачи:
- Внедрение blockchain в создание и проектирование решений, использующих различные blockchain-фреймворки и концепции
- Проектирование и разработка децентрализованных приложений и других интегрированных решений
- Проектирование и разработка внешних интерфейсов для взаимодействия со смарт-контрактами (например, Web3js, ethers)
- Проектирование и разработка внутренних операций, поддерживающих децентрализованное приложение (RESTful API)
- Разработка спецификаций blockchain продуктов и написание технической документации
- Поддержка исходного кода и устранение неполадок в системах
✅ Мы ждём:
- 3+ лет опыта работы в качестве Blockchain Архитектора
- Глубокие знания основ и архитектуры blockchain
- Владение криптографическими методами
- Навыки разработки смарт-контрактов
- Опыт работы с mainnet Bitcoin, Ethereum
- Опыт работы с blockchain на Layer 2 и api
- Понимание NFT (ERC-721, ERC-1155, хранение и операций с ними)
- Опыт с разворачиванием и взаимодействием с различными нодами по API
- Понимание Wallet Connect (sdk, modal, wallet)
- Понимание основных принципов работы и проведения платежей в крипте

**Чем предстоит заниматься:
**- Проводить анализ поведения пользователей: построение воронок, выработка гипотез и проверка их через A/B-тесты;
- Находить точки роста продукта и инсайты в данных для обеспечения стабильного роста ключевых показателей;
- Заниматься ad-hoc запросами и автоматизацией отчетности, создавать и поддерживать отчеты;
- Проектировать, сопровождать и оптимизировать систему аналитики для различных типов продуктов.
**От тебя:
**- Релевантный опыт работы от 3х лет;
- Уверенное владение SQL, умение писать сложные запросы;
- Уверенное владение Python для анализа данных;
- Опыт работы в области анализа данных (воронки, когортный анализ, AB-тесты);
- Опыт применения статистических методов проверки гипотез, построения оценок и прогнозов;
- Умение и желание решать нетривиальные задачи в условиях неполных данных;
- Опыт cоздания отчетов в Tableau и Looker.
**Плюсом будет:
**- Опыт участия во внедрении подхода «data-as-a-service» (обеспечивать команды аналитическими инструментами для принятия data-driven решений (отчеты, метрики, модели и многое другое));
- Опыт работы с Google Analytics и Firebase;
