💎Задачи:

• Создавать и реализовывать долгосрочную стратегию продаж и структуру отдела;
• Создавать и управлять глобальным отделом продаж (придется открыть несколько офисов в основных азиатских странах);
• Работать в соответствии с миссией, видением и ценностями компании для достижения высокого уровня бизнес-цели;
• Проводить анализ рынков и отслеживает отклонения для своевременного принятия профилактических мер;
• Координировать деятельность по глобальным продажам в группе регионов;
• Отслеживать бизнес-показатели: конверсию, удержание, NPS, удовлетворенность клиентов и многие другие;
• Взаимодействовать с разными отделами: командой разработки, отделом маркетинга, заказчиком, отдел поддержки и т.д.;
• Контролировать активы и руководить работой отделов продаж, делиться опытом и помогать подчиненным со сложными вопросами;
• Работать рука об руку с руководителями для разработки и реализации новых планов/идей и давать обратную связь о том, как регионы функционируют на регулярной основе.

🔹Требования:

• Подтвержденный опыт продаж/развития B2C или маркетинга на руководящей должности (3 года+) в международной компании;
• Успешный опыт построения отдела продаж с нуля;
• Подтвержденная способность вести процесс продаж от плана до закрытия;
• Способность общаться, представлять и влиять на все уровни организации, включая исполнительный и C-уровень;
• Готовность к командировкам в Азию (мин 50% рабочего времени);
• Свободный разговорный и письменный английский язык (не ниже С1);
• Желателен опыт работы с Miro, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau;
• Возможность работать играющим тренером;
• Сильные аналитические и коммуникативные навыки;
• Отличные лидерские качества и навыки тайм-менеджмента.

This role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting operations in Trading Platforms environment (primarily MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5), applications and application components.

📌**What you will do:

**- Maintain and support operations in Trading Platforms environment (primarily MetaTrader 4
and MetaTrader 5), applications and application components;
- Perform basic tests, updates and upgrades to systems;
- Coordinate efforts with other teams to ensure continuity and consistency of support in a
24x7 environment;
- Troubleshoot trading system production incidents resulting from internal (proprietary
software / systems) or external factors (markets, data feeds, telecommunication lines);
- Monitor health and status of the platforms to ensure stable work of services and
performance as expected.

💡Requirements:

- Ability to work in shifts 24x7 is a MUST;
- Experience in MT4/MT5 administration or other trading platforms;
- Trading support experience/exposure to trading protocols, FIX is a plus;
- Good knowledge and experience to work with Zabbix/Kibana;
- Knowledge of SQL (administrative knowledge will be considered an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Server OS and Hyper-V;
- **Experience with Power Shell (or other script language);
**- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols stack, routing and experience in diagnosing connectivity
issues;
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
