Опытный Engineering Manager с опытом разработки веб-приложений, специализирующийся на React, Next.js, Node.js, серверном рендеринге (SSR) и Module Federation. У меня много опыта в управлении agile команд или построения команд с нуля, обеспечение внедрение процессов онбординга, оценок, PDP для сотрудников, обеспечение эффективного Delivery. Опыт работы по Scrum/Waterfall и различным другим гидридным системам управления. Регулярно занимаюсь в развитии своих технических скиллов и участвую в разработке технический решений.
Я готов к новым вызовам и рассматриваю как remote так и on-sight возможности по трудоустройству.
