At Adsterra we're looking for a Manager responsible for new customers search and acquisition. You'll work with advertisers all over the world managing their progress and suggesting the ways we can help them to be profitable.

Required Skills and Daily Tasks:
- Communication with the new customers. You'll need to interact with your clients on a daily basis. Fluent English speaking & writing skills are required. Any other languages will be a strong plus!
- Development of trustworthy and profitable relationships with the customers. Statistical analysis and development of the new methods and approaches working with the customers.
- Variety of offers and client types. You'll basically work with each and every vertical and client's type in Ad industry.
- Previous experience in advertising network will be a great advantage.
- You will attend different conferences and events representing our network all over the world.

At Adsterra we're looking for CPM account manager who'll manage our CPM+CPA advertisers. You'll work with pre-made advertisers list (no need to hunt), managing their volumes' (and your salary bonus) on a daily basis.

- Communication with your client. You'll need to interact with your clients on a daily basis, so politeness and customer focus are must have skills. Fluent English speaking & writing skills are required. Any other languages will be a strong plus!
- Data analysis. You'll need to analyze your stats and plan your further actions on descending and ascending clients on a daily basis. It's a great opportunity to level up your analytic and logical skills!
