Adsterra we're looking for an
HR generalist who'll manage the whole range of HR processes. You'll work with a great team to solve challenging tasks and make corporate life more creative and exciting.
Required Skills and Daily Tasks:
– Recruitment activities.
Searching and hiring new colleagues for our team. That is why good interpersonal skills, basic research and analytical skills are a must.
– Onboarding newcomers.
These tasks include one on one meetings, “first day” support, etc. High organizational and communication skills are welcome.
– Corporate culture development and motivation support.
You’ll help organize corporate events and make the benefits’ system perfect, so be ready to be proactive. Any ideas are highly encouraged!
– Communication with the team and other departments.
Working with different colleagues for various purposes requires fluent English speaking skills. Any additional language will be an advantage.
– HR analytics.
Analyzing your stats and planning your actions for HR management activities.
