**We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager to run PPC and other paid campaigns and monitor performance. In this role, you will be testing different approaches and creatives while working with numerous advertising and search platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit, Quora, etc.). Your goal will be to ensure our advertising efforts have the highest possible ROI.
What you’ll be doing:
• Participate in forming, prioritizing and implementing effective paid search strategies • Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns to hit CAC and ROI goals • Scale and grow paid channels • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely deliverables on projects and consistency of creative assets across all channels • Maintain partnerships with ad platforms and vendors • Manage ad creation process from development of concepts to realization and testing • A/B test new ideas based on a deep understanding of data to improve conversion rates, CTR, CPA, ROI and other success metrics • Deliver timely campaigns and reporting using Power BI • Stay up to date with performance marketing trends and competitors’ activities to turn those into recommendations and actionable insightsWhat we expect from you:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing user acquisition channels, preferably for an advertising network or B2B service • Familiarity with multiple platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn) is preferred • Working knowledge of Google and Facebook Analytics Experience in data analysis, attribution tracking and reporting • Both creative and analytical thinker, and problem solver who is able to self-prioritize and multitask • Excellent communication skillsCheck more: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/3085006581/
