Litigation Lawyer
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m. (including a one-hour lunch break)

About Us
WhiteWins is a growing law firm specializing in corporate, commercial, immigration, and private client matters in Cyprus and international jurisdictions.
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in dispute resolution, substantial courtroom experience, and the ability to independently manage complex legal proceedings from inception to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage litigation matters from initial assessment through final judgment and enforcement.
• Draft and prepare legal actions, pleadings, applications, affidavits, motions, objections, appeals, and other court documents.
• Represent clients before Cypriot courts and governmental authorities.
• Develop litigation strategies and provide legal opinions on contentious matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis of legislation and case law.
• Advise clients on legal risks, dispute resolution options, and litigation prospects.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution procedures.
• Handle corporate, commercial, contractual, debt recovery, property, and family law disputes.
• Coordinate with external experts, consultants, and legal professionals where required.
• Manage enforcement proceedings and post-judgment actions.
• Maintain high standards of client service and professional conduct.

Requirements
• Law Degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Admission to the Cyprus Bar Association.
• Minimum of 5 years of active litigation experience.
• Proven experience in independently handling court cases and appearing before courts.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus civil procedure, corporate, commercial, contractual, and family law.
• Excellent legal drafting skills and experience preparing complex procedural documents.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Russian language skills will be considered an advantage.

Юридическая компания на Кипре ищет специалиста для доработки и оптимизации сайта. Сайт уже существует, но требует профессиональной донастройки, SEO-оптимизации и структурной доработки раздела услуг.

Задачи:
- Аудит текущего сайта
- Оптимизация meta-тегов (title, description)
- Настройка базового SEO (структура, ключевые слова, внутренние ссылки)
- Доработка и логичная структура раздела «Услуги»
- Проверка индексации и технических ошибок
- Улучшение пользовательского пути (UX)
- Настройка SEO под русскоязычную аудиторию

Требования:
- Опыт работы с сайтами (WordPress / Tilda / другая CMS)
- Понимание SEO-принципов
- Опыт оптимизации meta-тегов
- Умение работать со структурой сайта
- Понимание, как увеличить органический трафик
- Самостоятельность и ответственность

Будет плюсом:
Опыт работы с юридическими или B2B-проектами
Опыт настройки Google Search Console / Google Analytics
