We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Compliance Officer to join our team.

The Role:

The Compliance Officer will handle the Compliance Department in ensuring that the firm adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Conducting the Client on-boarding process by supporting Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures, ensuring compliance with AML regulations.

- Conducting preliminary client background checks and screenings.

- Supporting the transaction monitoring process, including reviewing client transactions and maintaining accurate records.

- AML/Risk Assessment by using our software

- Arranging the maintenance and organisation of compliance records, both electronic and physical.

- Helping to ensure that all compliance registers are up-to-date and accurate.

- Collaborating with other departments to address compliance-related queries and issues.

- Keeping abreast of changes in regulatory requirements and assisting with the implementation of new compliance processes.

What We Are Looking For:

- A University Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

- Up to 2 years of experience in compliance, AML, or a related field

- CySEC Advanced Certificate and/or CySEC AML Certificate

- Familiarity with the legal and regulatory framework governing the financial services and legal sectors.

- Strong command of both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

- Knowledge of DAC6 and Transfer Pricing requirements.

- Highly organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the compliance field.

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
