💸Kiosk robber remanded six days after taking €20
LARNAKA: A 20-year-old was remanded six days by Larnaca District Court over a Sunday evening kiosk robbery in Livadia. At about 19:05 a masked man, face covered by a scarf, entered, moved behind the counter into the cash-register area, pushed the 71-year-old owner and demanded money. He took €20 and fled on foot. Oroklini police, Larnaca TAE and OPE examined the scene. An arrest warrant followed; the suspect was found and arrested about 01:30 and remains in custody as inquiries continue.
