👮Murder in Konia: Autopsy Completed on 26-year-old

🌦️12 km prayer walk for rain
Large group, young and old, walked 12 km 08:00–14:00 in a procession with prayers and icons due to lack of rain. Icons of Panagia Chrysorrogiatissa and St. George were carried from Panagia village to the monastery and to Prophet Elias chapel on Mount Panagia, then back with prayer stops in Agios Andronikos, Kremasti and Panagia (Panagia Eleousa and St. George churches). Panagia Community Council thanked participants, clergy and the Bishop of Arsinoe and asked God to hear them. Kykkos Monastery held an overnight service and processed the Eleousa icon with a special prayer for the drought.

📸Photo exhibition "70 Years EOKA 1955–1959" opens in Nicosia
Nicosia — Saturday inauguration at the Old Town Hall, D'Avilla Bastion: President Nikos Christodoulides opened the photographic exhibition organised by the Press and Information Office with the Cyprus Broadcasting Corporation under Interior Minister Konstantinos Ioannou. Exhibition draws on PIO newspaper and rare photo archives, features RIK audiovisual material and the documentary on women fighters, plus footage from a visit to the Imperial War Museum and curator interviews.
