В итоге приняли без этого документа. Я им отправила письмо вот такого содержания: Since 2022 I have been permanently residing in Cyprus and I am an EU resident. I fully comply with EU sanctions regulations towards Russian financial institutions, and do not maintain any bank accounts or financial relationships with institutions in Russia.
As a result, I do not have access to Russian banking services or credit infrastructure, and therefore I am not in a position to obtain or provide a credit report from Russia.
I will be happy to provide any additional documentation available within the EU jurisdiction.
Ответили, что ок, поняли и вернутся, если вдруг будут с этим проблемы. Но вроде двинулись дальше по процессу без доп. запросов. Но правды ради у меня действительно нет никаких счетов в РФ.
