💼Your Impact

- Oversee CRM campaigns, including SMS, calls, push notifications, and website content.
- Develop strategies to retain players and reduce churn.
- Create personalized promotions and marketing strategies for each segment.
- Track and improve website performance.
- Prepare and analyze CRM performance reports.
- Ensure CRM activities comply with regulations and support responsible gaming.
- Provide copy editing in English.


✅Requirements:**

- 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple brands.
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience optimizing CRM systems for segmentation and targeted marketing.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address KPI-related issues.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Experience with Optimove is a plus.

- Data-driven mindset / Strong collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
