🔍Looking for: FP&A (mid-level)
📍Location: Limassol/ Hybrid (2 days)

✅Requirements:

- Previous FP&A experience with at least 3-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree or a professional qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Budgetary control experience
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong Excel and modeling skills.

💼Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Finance in long-term financial planning.
- Model new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Document financial impact through scenario modeling and business cases.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasts, and provide insights on risks & opportunities.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions (e.g., market launches, pricing, costs).
- Assess the financial impact of tax and regulatory changes.
- Lead month-end reporting and present performance to management.
- Analyze performance vs budget/forecast to improve results.
- Develop management reports to enhance decision-making.
