Join B2Tech as a Senior UI/UX Designer for our growing Product Team!
You will be responsible for enhancing user experience and designing intuitive interfaces for our sports betting products.

SENIOR UI/UX DESIGNER


User Experience Design:

- Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our users.
- Develop user personas, user journey maps, and wireframes.
- Design and conduct usability tests to iterate and improve product designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.


**User Interface Design:
**
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and UI specifications to illustrate design concepts.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize existing user interfaces and develop new interfaces to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
- Implement consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms.


**Collaboration and Development:
**
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs.
- Participate in design and code reviews to maintain a high-quality standard.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor products.


**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
**
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- 1-year experience in UX in the Igaming, Casinos, or Sports betting industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
- Proficiency in Design and Prototyping Tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision)
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
