Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership, management, and coordination of the daily operations legal, compliance, and procurement related functions;

From you:
• 5+ years of working as Legal Officer;
• Working knowledge in the SaaS industry;
• Experience in Administrative, Commercial, Contract, Labor, Tax Law;
• Experience with third-party due diligence;
• Experience in Intellectual Property, Compliance, Data Protection;
• Familiarity of working with government clients is highly desirable, as is an understanding of the international development sector;
• Experience supporting international business on strategic level transactions and issues;
• Strong knowledge of legal compliance as well as regulatory developments;
• Commercial awareness;
• Skill in providing leadership to, supervising, training, and evaluating assigned staff;
• Superior communication skills in both written and verbal presentation, including all aspects of legal writing technique and procedure, and the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-lawyers;
• Ability to operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.

- Research of competitors and market trends.

From you:
- User acquisition expert: 2+ years of proven track in building marketing retention campaigns for a consumer product through ad networks, DSP platforms (ubidex).
- Gambling experience mandatory.
- Work with creatives, experience with setting up tasks for video creatives.
- Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Ability to identify issues within campaigns and develop solutions quickly.
- Understanding user journey, user segmentation, engagement, and customer experience.
- Ability to analyze and understand such metrics as CR, LTV, ARPU. Bonus for understanding gambling niche metrics such as GGR, NGR, etc.
- Previous work with such tools as Jira, Tableau, Google Analytics. Previous experience with Volume, Keitaro will be a plus.
- Understanding how to work with pixels, postbacks, user cookies.
- Remote work experience: Ideally, in an international team.

The holding consists of various companies focused on online casinos and bookmaking platforms. The primary focus is on arbitrageurs working with different levels of casinos.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for online casino and betting products.
• Work closely with a team handling B2B and B2C markets.
• Utilize a variety of internal products and offers.
• Collaborate with a team of 50 arbitrageurs and support dozens of external products.
• Utilize CPA networks for traffic sources.
• Monitor key metrics to ensure profitability within the first week.

From you:
• Proven experience in media buying, particularly with Facebook ads.
• In-depth knowledge of Facebook advertising tools (Ads Manager, Pixel, Audience Insights)
