Requirements:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Proven track of successful closing vacancies
- Experience in iGaming would be an advantage
- Proactive and highly energetic, driven by a strong passion for recruitment
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and quickly adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all levels in a professional, articulate manner
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from gathering position requirements to extending job offers
- Writing and posting vacancies on job boards and social media
- Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates using various sources in different markets around the globe
- Build trusted relationship with hiring managers
- Perform any other assigned duties as required
