🔥 Senior UI/Interface Designer (with 3D & Motion) Wanted!

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to create modern, engaging user interfaces for our platform. This is a UI-focused role (approx. 70%) where your 3D and motion skills will be used to enhance designs with dynamic elements, micro-interactions, and smooth animations (approx. 30%). You will be designing primarily for web and mobile interfaces.

We offer two excellent full-time packages:
🌍 Remote: Up to €3,500/month net plus a €9,000 one-time equipment budget.
🇨🇾 Cyprus Relocation: Up to €4,500/month base salary, plus a €1,000 monthly housing allowance, €2,500 relocation package, and full visa support.
Both options include an annual performance bonus of up to 20%.

Essential Requirements:
✅ 4+ years of UI/Interface experience with shipped web/mobile products.
✅ Expert knowledge of Figma and design systems.
✅ Proven skills in 3D (e.g., Blender, C4D) and Motion (e.g., After Effects, Figma prototyping) specifically for interface elements.
✅ A polished portfolio featuring 5+ UI/UX projects and examples of 3D/motion work.
✅ English level B2+, Russian C1+.

You will manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other channels while actively generating and closing sales opportunities.

We offer two excellent full-time packages:
🌍 Remote: Up to €2,500/month base salary plus a €2,000 one-time equipment budget.
🇨🇾 Cyprus Relocation: Up to €4,000/month base salary, plus a €1,000 monthly housing allowance, €2,500 relocation package, and full visa support.
Both options include a 5-10% commission on closed deals and an annual performance bonus of up to 30%.

Essential Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of social media management experience.
✅ 1+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience.
✅ Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and others.
✅ Proven skills in copywriting (engaging captions, ad copy, sales messages) and CRM proficiency.
✅ English level B2+, Russian C1+.
