Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails)
We are UniFin ApS, a fully licensed Danish company building the next generation of financial technology, combining the innovation of a tech startup with the reliability of a regulated financial institution.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced full-stack developer with strong background in Ruby on Rails to join our team in a fully remote position. You'll be instrumental in making key technical decisions and building our platform using Rails best practices and conventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our core platform using Ruby on Rails
- Build robust, scalable applications following Rails conventions and best practices
- Collaborate with the CTO to establish technical architecture and coding standards
- Create responsive web interfaces using Rails views, Hotwire, and Stimulus
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and mentor future team members
- Help shape our engineering culture and processes

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails full-stack development
- Good understanding of Rails conventions and best practices
- Experience with Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus)
- Experience and desire to maintain good test coverage

Nice to Have
- Experience with Go programming language
- AWS cloud infrastructure expertise
- Background in fintech or financial services
- Experience working in a remote-first environment
