We offer two excellent full-time packages:
🌍 Remote: Up to €2,500/month base salary plus a €2,000 one-time equipment budget.
🇨🇾 Cyprus Relocation: Up to €4,000/month base salary, plus a €1,000 monthly housing allowance, €2,500 relocation package, and full visa support.
Both options include a 5-10% commission on closed deals and an annual performance bonus of up to 30%.

Essential Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of social media management experience.
✅ 1+ years of B2B sales or lead generation experience.
✅ Expert knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and others.
✅ Proven skills in copywriting (engaging captions, ad copy, sales messages) and CRM proficiency.
✅ English level B2+, Russian C1+.

Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails)

The Role
We're seeking an experienced full-stack developer with strong background in Ruby on Rails to join our team in a fully remote position. You'll be instrumental in making key technical decisions and building our platform using Rails best practices and conventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain our core platform using Ruby on Rails
- Build robust, scalable applications following Rails conventions and best practices
- Collaborate with the CTO to establish technical architecture and coding standards
- Create responsive web interfaces using Rails views, Hotwire, and Stimulus
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and mentor future team members
- Help shape our engineering culture and processes

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails full-stack development
- Good understanding of Rails conventions and best practices
- Experience with Hotwire (Turbo and Stimulus)
- Experience and desire to maintain good test coverage

Nice to Have
- Experience with Go programming language
