Paysenger is looking for an experienced Finance expert to manage the Finance department of a company and will not just involve setting up the operations, policies, and budgeting, but also work closely to support the business as a strategic business partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive financial planning and forecasting, support business decision-making by using a data-driven approach
- Lead, oversee and develop the entire finance organization to drive greater company value
- Develop, maintain, and revise policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls to ensure that proper governance is practiced and upheld for the portfolio company
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and reporting to management and stakeholders
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Work with the operation and compliance team to ensure compliance of local rules and regulations
- Day-to-day financial operation within the company
- Accounting supervision (outsource)

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration is a must
- More than 5 years of experience in relevant positions (preferably with reputed IT / FinTech companies)
- Familiar with international laws and regulations
- Outstanding modeling and analytical skills combined with a strong executive presence
- Experienced and knowledgeable in accounting software, payroll procedures, and management systems
