Responsibilities:

Finance management:

- Budgeting and forecasting
- Finance modeling
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and reporting to management and stakeholders
- Financial risk minimization

Finance function establishing and operations

- Finance frameworks implementation
- Processes design and automation
- Day-to-day financial operation within the company
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Accounting supervision

Requirements:

- Accountancy of Finance Degree
- 5+ years of experience (preferably in IT, tech)
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, and tax regulations (EU, US)
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English Upper intermediate+
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Google Workplace, etc. )
