Paysenger is looking for an experienced Finance expert to manage the Finance department of a company and will not just involve setting up the operations, policies, and budgeting, but also work closely to support the business as a strategic business partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive financial planning and forecasting, support business decision-making by using a data-driven approach
- Lead, oversee and develop the entire finance organization to drive greater company value
- Develop, maintain, and revise policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls to ensure that proper governance is practiced and upheld for the portfolio company
- Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and reporting to management and stakeholders
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Work with the operation and compliance team to ensure compliance of local rules and regulations
- Day-to-day financial operation within the company
- Accounting supervision (outsource)

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/economic/business administration is a must
- More than 5 years of experience in relevant positions (preferably with reputed IT / FinTech companies)
- Familiar with international laws and regulations
- Outstanding modeling and analytical skills combined with a strong executive presence
- Experienced and knowledgeable in accounting software, payroll procedures, and management systems

- Financial risk minimization

- Finance frameworks implementation
- Processes design and automation
- Day-to-day financial operation within the company
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Accounting supervision

Requirements:

- Accountancy of Finance Degree
- 5+ years of experience (preferably in IT, tech)
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, and tax regulations (EU, US)
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- English Upper intermediate+
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Google Workplace, etc. )

Responsibilities:

Организация работы с первичной бухгалтерской документацией (15 часов):

- Проведение аудита на наличие необходимых первичных документов, восстановление недостающих
- Контроль наличия необходимых первичных документов для совершения оплат по разного рода обязательствам, и организация их хранения

Расчеты с сотрудниками (30 часов)

- Расчет и подготовка выплат по сервисным договорам для 80+ человек, включая подготовку договоров (заключение, изменение, расторжение) по готовым шаблонам.
- Учет обязательств по займам сотрудникам

Участие в проектах по автоматизации процессов и учета.

Requirements:

- Высшее экономическое образование (бухгалтерский учет, финансы, аудит)
- Английский язык не ниже upper-intermediate, Греческий будет плюсом
- Опыт работы бухгалтером на Кипре не менее 1 года
- Знание правил учета, нормативных документов, регламентирующих бухгалтерский и налоговый учет на Кипре.
- Опытный пользователь ПК MS Office, Google Workspace, и корпоративных систем (Jira, Slack)
- Опыт работы в специализированных системах (Quick-books, 1C, Zoho-books или других)
