• Manage calendars and meeting schedules
• Handle invoices, expense tracking, and general administrative support
• Coordinate orders and inventory for office supplies and equipment
• Oversee document management, including scanning, filing, and maintaining records
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, including occasional off-site tasks
• Support internal processes and help optimize administrative workflows
• Ensure adherence to company policies and internal procedures
• Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare meeting rooms and assist with meeting logistics
• Foster a pleasant and collaborative work environment
🎓 Requirements:
• Proven experience in Office Administration
• Fluency in English and Greek (Russian is a plus)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
