Personal and Business Assistant at Family Office – Nicosia, Cyprus
We are looking for a highly reliable and well-organized Personal and Business Assistant to join a dynamic Family Office team based in Nicosia. The role involves supporting both personal and corporate activities, with exposure to a wide range of tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars and daily schedules
• Coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, transfers, visas)
• Assist in organizing private and corporate events (dinners, offsites, retreats)
• Support the planning and execution of philanthropic initiatives
• Handle personal errands and logistics when required
• Participate in diverse Family Office projects – from legal and financial coordination to cultural and investment-related initiatives
• Liaise with team members, external advisors, service providers, and charitable organizations
• Contribute ideas, stay proactive, and follow through on tasks independently
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the Family Office
Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Russian (Greek is a strong advantage)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and respond quickly in a fast-moving environment
• High level of discretion, maturity, and understanding of confidentiality in both personal and business matters
• Strong communication skills and common sense
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Word; familiarity with task/project platforms is a plus)
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required – motivation, adaptability, and reliability are more important
