Main responsibilities:
managing employment contracts workflow;
communication with financial and legal departments;
payroll and compensations control;
maintaining schedule of vacations and national holidays;
assistance in business trips arrangement;
business cards, brochures, materials, etc. ordering;
document workflow management;
other office administrative tasks (receptionist, office manager).
