Key tasks:
Market analysis and search for relevant partners in order to connect them by API;
Proactive sales, negotiations, attracting new partners;
Building and developing relationships with current partners and optimizing the financial performance of partnerships;
Advising current and potential partners and timely information support;
Assistance in automating current processes, conducting reconciliations and settlements with partners;
Study of sales figures, plus analysis and optimization;
Formulation and testing of hypotheses to increase sales;
Support of technical integrations from the business side.

What we are looking for:
Experience with customers or in sales;
English proficiency at Advanced level;
Knowledge of the travel market;
Confident use of PC and MS Office (MS Excel, Power Point), basic SQL skills; competent speech, high level of business correspondence;
Systematic approach - the ability to repair the root causes of problems, not their symptoms;
Desire to grow and develop, high initiative, learning skills.

Hi, all
Ratehawk is looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for an international positions. Ideally someone with an agency background and recent in-house experience.

As our Recruiter you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to job offers creation.

Main responsibilities:

Full cycle recruitment for international positions;
Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;
Job descriptions and advertisements creation;
Using a variety of direct sourcing methods including: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
Interviewing, screening and evaluating candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements;
Maintaining candidate data in our ATS;
Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated;
Reporting on the current status;
Involvement in various HR related internal and external projects.

Our requirements:

Bachelor or master's degree;
1-2 years of recruitment experience;
Experience using Social Media Tools, with specific proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter;
Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point;
Fluent English with an excellent written and oral communication skills;
Russian would be a big plus;
A pro-active and driven approach;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
People-oriented and energetic.
