Ratehawk is looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for an international positions. Ideally someone with an agency background and recent in-house experience.
As our Recruiter you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from candidate sourcing to job offers creation.
Main responsibilities:
Full cycle recruitment for international positions;
Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;
Job descriptions and advertisements creation;
Using a variety of direct sourcing methods including: LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;
Interviewing, screening and evaluating candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements;
Maintaining candidate data in our ATS;
Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated;
Reporting on the current status;
Involvement in various HR related internal and external projects.
Our requirements:
Bachelor or master's degree;
1-2 years of recruitment experience;
Experience using Social Media Tools, with specific proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter;
Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point;
Fluent English with an excellent written and oral communication skills;
Russian would be a big plus;
A pro-active and driven approach;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
People-oriented and energetic.
